De familie van Tzum (U)
In Tzum en omstreken leefde in de 18e en 19e eeuw een hervormd boerengeslacht Andringa, dat waarschijnlijk niet verwant was aan hun gelijknamige dorpsgenoten, de familie N. In mannelijke lijn gaat dit geslacht terug op Jacob Diorres en Trijn Rompckes te Stiens. In 1615 worden Trijn, Romcke, Frans, Celi, Eelck en Tjepke Rompkes erfgenaam van hun broer Gatze Rompckes. Een zoon van Jacob en Trijn is Djurre Jacobs, die in 1633 Grietie Jans van Vrouwenparochie trouwt. In 1681 wordt op Het Bildt een scheiding tussen hun erfgenamen gemaakt; dat zijn: Ymckien Djurres, vrouw van Jacob Jans te Menaldum, Romckjen Djurres, de kinderen van Bauck Djurres (Dirk Sybes Andringa (E) is voogd) en de oudste zoon Jacob Djurres. Deze trouwt te Beetgum in 1680 Reinsck Hobbes van dat dorp. Waarschijnlijk woonden zij niet ver van Beetgum op Het Bildt.
The familie from Tzum (U)
In the 18th and 19th century near and around the village of Tzum there lived a reformed farmers clan of Andringa, probably not related to the inhabitants of the same village, the N-family (in our code). In the male line they are descendants from Jacob Diorres and Trijn Rompckes at Stiens. In 1615 Trijn Romcke, Frans, Celi, Eelck and Tjepke Rompkes are the heirs of their brother Gatze Rompckes. A son of Jacob and Trijn is Djurre Jacobs; in 1633 he marries Grietie Jans of Vrouwenparochie. In 1681 in the municipality Het Bildt a division is made between their heirs, they are: Ymckien Djurres, wife of Jacob Jans at Menaldum, Romckjen Djurres, the children of Bauck Djurres (Dirk Sybes Andringa (E) is guardian) and the oldest son Jacob Djurres. This Jacob Diurres marries at Beetgum in 1680 Reinsck Hobbes of the same village. They probably live near Beetgum in Het Bildt.
